Fr. Gregory Horton, of Holy Myrrhbearers Orthodox Church in Bonners Ferry, Idaho, directed the Building a Better Marriage retreat at St. Luke on Saturday, November 16. Fourteen participating couples heard Fr. Gregory speak about how ego and self-centerdness are the enemies of marriage. Christian marriage is to be focused on humility, service, and forgiveness. Several exercises and practical strategies were also presented.
